When Halifax Paper Hearts set out to develop a new line of greeting cards for the holiday season, we opted to enhance our existing illustration style with beautiful holiday themed lettering and imagery. Keeping this in mind, I curated a complete set of warm holiday cards comprising 12 unique designs, each adorned with custom illustrations highlighting iconic locations in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Among them are scenes capturing the charm of Sullivan’s Pond in Dartmouth with its resident geese, and the majestic Citadel Clocktower in Halifax.

Project Goal: The objective of this project was to create captivating and locally-inspired holiday greeting cards for Halifax Paper Hearts. The goal was to elevate the emotional connection and aesthetic appeal of the products through nostalgia and visual storytelling. This project not only aimed to enhance brand recognition and overall customer engagement but also sought out to celebrate the unique spirit of Nova Scotia in one of their most beautiful seasons.
