The Saint Mary’s University Bookstore commissioned the creation of four distinctive greeting card designs that would be offered in their store. This exclusive collection showcases the university's mascot, the Saint Mary’s Husky, which had not been previously illustrated as a character for the university.

Project Goal: The goal of this project was to provide the Saint Mary’s bookstore with four designs that could be bought and sold to a wide variety to staff, students and alumni. The designs were meant to be fun and playful while also capturing the essence of academic spirit and pride. Since their mascot had never been illustrated as a character for this format before, this project presented a unique opportunity to dive into the realm of character design.
